Remembering | Laughter & Sound Play Immersion

REMEMBERING WHO WE ARE

An invitation to return to a version of you that is

unfiltered, expressive, and alive!

Short-Term Special Offer available for Early Sign-Ups

until Monday April 27, 2026

Before the world told you who to be… who were you?

There is a version of you that still lives beneath the noise of
other people's expectations and criticisms—

This is an invitation to return to yourself.

Through laughter and vocal sound play, we gently soften
what’s been holding you back…

allowing you to reconnect with what has always been there
waiting to be expressed.

There's no performance needed . . .
No pressure to “get it right.”

Just breath, sound, movement . . . and the remembering.

If you’ve been feeling the quiet pull to express more,
to feel more like yourself again—this space is for you.

Come as you are.
Leave a little more like yourself.

at ease just being you.

We’ll laugh . . . for no reason. We’ll make sound . . . with no rules.

No singing skills are needed.  No “confidence” is required.

There's no pressure to try harder or "look good".

Just bring your breath, your body…and a willingness to show up
exactly as you are.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

A. Questions About The Workshop Immersion

Do I need any experience with breathwork, sound healing, or voice work?

Not at all. This experience is designed to be fully accessible. There is no technique to
master and nothing to get right—only participation in what naturally arises through
your body, breath, and voice.

I’m not a singer—will I be expected to sing?

No. This is not about singing or performing.
We explore sound in a natural, unstructured way—through toning, humming, and
spontaneous expression. Your voice is welcomed exactly as it is.

What if I feel shy or uncomfortable expressing myself?

That’s completely welcome here. Many people arrive feeling that way.
The space is designed to support gradual opening—nothing is forced. You are always
free to participate at your own pace.

Is the laughter real or forced?

We begin with simple, intentional laughter exercises—but very quickly, it becomes genuine.
The body doesn’t distinguish much between intentional and spontaneous laughter, and it
often shifts naturally into real laughter through connection and movement.

What should I expect during the day?

The experience weaves together:

• guided laughter practices
• breath and movement
• sound and vocal exploration
• moments of rest and integration

It’s a dynamic, embodied day—both energizing and grounding.

What should I bring?

• comfortable clothing you can move and breathe in
• water and snacks
• a yoga mat, pillow, and towel or blanket (if you’d like extra comfort during rest periods)
• a brown bag lunch for yourself and optionally, food to share
(Redwood Studios' policy asks that you stick to vegetarian foods for onsite food consumption)

Is this more of a social experience or an inward one?

It’s both.
There are moments of connection through shared laughter and group practices,
as well as moments of inward awareness through breath and sound. The experience
moves fluidly from one to the other.

What if emotions come up during the workshop?

That can happen, and it’s a natural part of working with the body, breath, and voice.
You are supported to stay present with your experience in a grounded way, and you
are always in choice about your level of participation.

Is this a safe and supportive environment?

Yes. The space is intentionally created to be respectful, non-judgmental, and inclusive.
There is no pressure to perform or share—only an invitation to participate in a way
that feels right for you.
